PRODUCT INFORMATION

1. What makes AquaFlask different from other water bottles?

AquaFlask stands out by combining multiple premium features in one bottle. Each bottle uses double‑walled 18/8 stainless steel and vacuum insulation, which helps keep drinks hot for about 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours. The wide‑mouth lid is designed to be leak‑proof and easy to clean or refill. AquaFlask bottles also have a durable powder‑coated finish, are BPA‑free, ice‑cube friendly, dishwasher‑safe, and allow you to swap lids and protective boots to suit your needs. These features, along with a range of sizes and colours, make AquaFlask different from many other insulated water bottles.

2. Are AquaFlask bottles BPA-free?

All AquaFlask bottles and parts are BPA-free.

3. How long do AquaFlask bottles keep drinks hot or cold?

With the exception of the plastic bottle, all AquaFlask bottles have a double wall insulation which keeps your drinks hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours. No matter the weather, your drinks are at the right temperature.

4. What materials are used to make AquaFlask bottles?

We use 18/8 stainless steel for our bottles, with a durable powder-coated exterior.

5. Are AquaFlask bottles leakproof?

Yes they are! You don’t have to worry about spills.

6. Can I put carbonated drinks or juices in my AquaFlask?

AquaFlasks are intended primarily for water, coffee and other non‑acidic beverages. Carbonated or acidic drinks can build pressure and may affect the lid seal over time. If you do use carbonated drinks, open the flask slowly to release pressure and clean it thoroughly afterwards.

7. Do you offer different sizes and colors?

​​Yes. AquaFlask bottles come in multiple sizes (14 oz, 18 oz, 22 oz, 32 oz, 40 oz, 64 oz and 84 oz) and a wide range of colours such as Space Black, Cherry Red, Ballet Pink and others. Colour availability varies by size and collection.

USAGE & CARE

8. Is my AquaFlask dishwasher safe?

Yes, AquaFlask bottles are dishwasher safe. We recommend using a dishwasher cycle at 90 degree or below to maintain the product’s quality. Lids may also be put in the dishwasher but we recommend washing them by hand to prolong their durability.
Prolonged exposure to high temperatures may cause minor wear over time.

9. Can I put my AquaFlask in the freezer or microwave?

AquaFlask bottles are not suitable for the freezer or to be used in the microwave.

10. Are AquaFlask bottles suitable for children?

Yes. AquaFlask offers a Kids Collection with smaller, lighter bottles and fun colours.

11. How do I remove odors from the bottle?

Rinse the bottle with warm water after each use and wash it regularly with mild soap and a bottle brush. For a deeper clean or to remove odours, fill the bottle with warm water and a tablespoon of baking soda or white vinegar, let it sit for a few hours, then scrub and rinse thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.

12. What accessories are available for AquaFlask bottles?

We offer boots, paracords, and silicone bands. Make your bottles yours with these colorful and useful accessories

13. Are the lids and accessories interchangeable between sizes?

Some Aquaflask lids and boots fit multiple sizes, but not all. Please check the product description to know if it will fit your Aquaflask.

14. Can I purchase replacement parts?

Yes we offer replacement parts like lids, boots, and straws. Check out the accessories section for availability.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

15. Where can I buy AquaFlask in Malta?

Aquaflask in Malta can be bought online or at our retail outlet at Garmmo Ltd in Attard.

16. Do you offer online ordering and delivery?

Yes we do!

17. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared as soon as we receive them. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

18. Can I track my order?

At the moment, there is no way to track delivery.

19. What are your shipping rates within Malta and Gozo?

Delivery is free when you spend Eur 60 and over. Otherwise, a standard delivery fee of Eur 5.90 applies.
You may also choose to pick up your order for free at our outlet at Garmmo Ltd. Just choose the pick up option upon check out.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

20. What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the item being of a personal nature, we do not allow any returns or exchanges due to change of mind. 

21. My bottle arrived damaged — what should I do?

We are sorry that you received a damaged item.
Kindly contact us immediately on info@aquaflask.mt with photos of the damage and we will be happy to exchange it for you if the damage is a manufacturing defect.

22. Is there a warranty on AquaFlask products?

Yes. AquaFlask offers a 1‑year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects such as leaking caps, loss of insulation or rattling sounds. Cosmetic wear and tear is excluded.

23. How do I claim the 1-year warranty?

Please keep your store or online receipt to claim the warranty. We are sorry but we are unable to provide a replacement without proof of purchase.
